TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2024

Admissions

• The right of admission is reserved and DWWF reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue any persons causing a disturbance, partaking in an activity not allowed on the site, conducting any illegal activity, or refusing to comply with reasonable requests from management.
• Any admission ticket holders under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Management does not take any responsibility for anyone attending DWWF - enter at own risk policy applies.
• If Wristbands are used for this event they MUST be placed on ticket holders over 18 years of age by a member of the entrance staff/security and must be worn at all times.
• Re-admission to DWWF will not be allowed without proof of ticket. Removed wristbands will not be replaced.
• Food and beverage products purchased outside DWWF are not permitted and cannot be brought into the venue.
• Bus travel must be pre-purchased. 

Drinking Policy

• DWWF operates on a Challenge 25 policy – ID may be requested and must be presented on request. No refund for ticket holders unable to present ID. Acceptable forms of ID are a Driver’s License or photo identification.
• All visitors must comply with the responsible service of alcohol regulations and DWWF reserves the right to remove any person from the venue refusing to comply with regulations.
• All beverages purchased at DWWF must be consumed inside the venue only and glasses will be required to be emptied upon exit. Any sealed bottles purchased are not to be consumed on-site and are purchased for off-premise use only. 
• Packaged liquor (takeaway sales) sold during the trade fair must not be consumed on-site.
• Minors will not be permitted entry into the designated Bar Area, unless accompanied and in the presence of a responsible adult.
• No more than four (4) alcoholic drinks may be sold, supplied, or served to a patron per visit to the bar.

Security and Zero Tolerance Policy

• DWWF is supervised by security professionals for your safety and enjoyment.
• DWWF operates a Zero Tolerance policy to the sale of alcohol to those under 18 years, the consumption of alcohol by patrons under 18 years, the use of recreational drugs including (but not intended to be exhaustive) cannabis, stimulants, and Nitrous Oxide canisters.
• DWWF operates an Eviction policy for anyone believed to be ‘selling’ or ‘supplying’ any controlled substances and this may lead to possible arrest. 
• While waiting or riding the bus, every effort must be made to be courteous at all times, behaviour that is not in line with what a normal member of the public would expect will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the bus or not access the bus. Everyone's safety needs to be considered.
• In the unlikely event that damage or sickness occurs while riding the bus, there will be a $100 cleaning fee charged to the responsible person(s), any damage will be accessed and a quote to repair will be provided to the responsible person(s).  

Tickets

• Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase unless required by law. 
• Lost tickets will not be replaced
• Tickets are available online via 123 Tix only.
• DWWF reserves the right to have bags and other items inspected by security staff. Persons who refuse bag searches WILL be denied entry or evicted from DWWF without any refund.
• DWWF does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or items brought to the DWWF.
• Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual, and audio promotion, broadcast, or security purposes during the DWWF.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas within the  DWWF venue.
• DWWF is an outdoor event and may be canceled due to inclement weather. We do have a wet weather alternative at the same venue. 
• Whisky Tasting Cup, Lanyard, and Tote bag only available to the VIP ticket purchaser.
• Bus travel will be via pre-purchased tickets and the driver will have a list. Each bus has a capacity and will fill up on each trip via a first come, first ride system.  
• Corporate package has a minimum of 6 guests and commences at 4:45pm

Program Alterations/Force Majeure

• DWWF management reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and to vary the program or the event if necessary.
• DWWF reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the DWWF event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.

COVID-19

• By purchasing tickets, you are confirming that you and all members of your party are complying with all requirements of the current Public Health Orders and restrictions, under section 7 of the Public Health Act 2010.
• DWWF reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the DWWF event due to Government restrictions or Public Health Advice without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
